Commencing in 1972 in Ahmedabad, Chiripal Group is a diversified business conglomerate with a turnover exceeding ₹10,000 crore ($1.3 billion). It embarked on its journey with a handful of power looms, swiftly conquering the polyester yarn domain before diversifying into cotton spinning and denim fabric, solidifying its status as Asia’s premier denim manufacturer. Pillars in the textile and chemical verticals include Nandan Denim, Chiripal Industries, Vishal Fabrics, Nandan Terry, and CIL Nova Petrochemicals.

The newest additions—Nandan Terry, Grew Renewable, Grew Solar, and True Green Energy—have swiftly gained acclaim in terry towels and renewable energy sectors. The group further reinforces its presence in the chemical and speciality intermediates space, catering to textiles, polymers, paints and coatings emulsions, construction, wood adhesives, and allied industries with value-added products under the brand names Hexa Biochem and Tikawoo Wood Adhesive.

In flexible packaging, Chiripal Poly Films Limited (established 2012) holds firm. The infrastructure arm boasts Vraj Integrated Textile Park (2005), Dholi Integrated Spinning Park (2007), and Shanti Developers. In education, Shanti Juniors, Shanti Asiatic School, and Shanti Business School underscore the group’s commitment to shaping future leaders. Venturing into education with Shanti Educational Initiatives in 2009 reflects Chiripal Group’s strategic dedication to community welfare.
